The company's lead program consists of mosliciguat, an inhaled sGC activator for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease and other cardiopulmonary diseases. In addition, the company offers delivery platforms comprising a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform and a ligand conjugate platform.
