Weibo's Ad Comeback, AI Bets Can't Keep Profit From Plunging

Weibo Corporation (WB) saw its stock decline despite Q4 revenue exceeding analyst expectations. While revenue reached $629.7 million, surpassing the $621.3 million consensus, the company reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of $0.43, falling short of the $0.50 forecast. This earnings miss, even with top-line growth potentially boosted by advertising recovery and AI investments, signals underlying profitability challenges.
